This includes the Main Gallery, Lounge, Grotto, Terrace, and Courtyard, ensuring privacy and flexibility for your event.
Exclusive Access: Exclusive access to various indoor and outdoor spaces.
Onsite Furniture: Tables, chairs, and soft seating arranged according to your floor plan and selections.
Design Elements: Bistro lights, drapes, and plants to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Vendor Flexibility: Choose your own food or catering company and licensed bartending, or opt for our preferred vendors.

Audio Visual + Technology
WiFi: Wireless internet connectivity for guests and vendors.
Sound System: Bose sound system for high-quality audio, up to two microphones and mic stand with podium if desired.

Comprehensive Vendor List and Planning Document: Access to a comprehensive vendor list and planning document to aid in your event organization.
Connection Call for Idea Generation: A call to discuss ideas and brainstorm for your event.
Final Details Appointment: A dedicated appointment to finalize event details including floor plans and timeline.
Dedicated Venue Coordinator: A venue coordinator to lead setup and communicate with vendors on the day of the event.

Last-minute bookings
Now offering special pricing for "last minute bookings" — a great option for birthdays, showers, celebrations of life, and meetings!
You'll rent the space for all of the time you need for setup, cleanup, and the event itself.
Monday - Wednesday: $300/hour
Thursday - Sunday: $350/hour

Policies
All rentals must be delivered and setup completed within the rental period unless otherwise discussed with Event Manager. Additional hours may be added.
An additional $700 damage deposit is required for all events at the second contract payment and will be refunded 48hrs after the event, given there are no damages to the property and/or violations of venue policies.
We require Event Insurance
Holiday weekend Sundays and certain off-peak holidays are treated as Saturday Peak rentals: Memorial Day Sunday, Labor Day Sunday, Indigenous Peoples' Day Sunday, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day.
Events must conclude by 10 PM and the breakdown of vendors must be completed by 11 PM
