The Venues at The Factory

Originally built in 1904 as part of the McElwain Empire, once a global leader in shoe production, this historic property has been transformed to celebrate love and creative endeavors.

Today, it is the home of The Venues at The Factory along with boutique hotels, a lively food truck patio, a neighboring distillery, and a comic book store, and is home to six rotating artists from around the world, fostering creativity and innovation in this dynamic setting.

The Main Gallery

A stunning venue with whitewashed brick walls, soft bistro lights, and a dynamic plant wall featuring color-changing lights. The space is versatile, with white walls that double as projection screens and a movable U-shaped bar that can be positioned to suit your event's needs. The Main Gallery seamlessly connects to an outdoor space, a cozy grotto, a stylish lounge, and practical storage and catering prep areas, making it the heart of your event.

The Lounge

This speakeasy-inspired intimate space is perfect for hosting a cocktail hour, serving as the main bar area, or setting up a buffet. The Lounge features removable lounge furniture and a custom-designed bar. It connects directly to the Main Gallery, offering a seamless flow between space

The Courtyard

This expansive outdoor area boasts exposed brick walls and lush grass, blending city vibes with a natural atmosphere. Great for outdoor ceremonies or cocktail hours under the glow of bistro lights. It connects to The Terrace, allowing for easy transitions between spaces.

The Terrace

An inviting atmosphere is enhanced by the option to roast s'mores and enjoy acoustic music or outdoor games, making it a delightful setting for any occasion.

The Grotto

Moody ambiance makes it a unique addition to the Main Gallery, providing a private retreat within the venue.
