You are able to bring in your own catering, however we encourage you to talk with our preferred vendors
Alcohol service must be provided by a licensed provider, which may be your caterer or a bartending service. The provider will inform you about their policies for sourcing and serving alcohol. As required by New Hampshire law, maximum service time is five hours, and bar service must conclude 30 minutes before the scheduled event end time.

We have a set of folding tables and chairs that you may choose to use at no extra cost with your rental. The current inventory can be viewed here.
Yes, we take on all the setup and breakdown!

No. Many venues have minimums because they make a 10-15% commission from the caterer based on how much you spend on catering. We choose not to make a commission because we want your food and beverage options to be as elegant or affordable as your budget allows, and therefore we don't have a food and beverage or guest count minimum

Yes! You can go wild with the decorating the space or leave it just the way it is. Ask us about some of the amazing transformations we've seen. Additional lighting and drapery really change the feel of the space (we’ve already go some built in!)
There are only a few rules:
We do allow candles, and flame must be contained at least 1 inch below a glass enclosure.
Nothing may be affixed to the walls, beams, floor, or other structure without permission from the Event Manager.
No rice, confetti or granular-sized objects may be thrown in the building.

We’re flexible on start time! Quiet hours start at 10pm and all vendors must be out by 11pm. Don’t worry, we can recommend some great after-party ideas!

We have a private catering prep space, loading dock, food truck access, and power hook-up!

We have ample on-street parking and additional parking in our lot. You will also get an additional parking for anyone who stays onsite at our airbnbs.

We have 16 beautiful airbnbs onsite with easy check-in. We also have a comprehensive list of additional lodging starting a mile from our venue.

Yes, our indoor spaces are climate controlled

50% of the total amount due immediately following the completion of your event agreement to hold the date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event.

Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Concerts, Birthdays, Corporate Meetings and Parties, Fundraisers and Galas, Photo Shoots, Proms, Trade Shows and Expos, Classes, Celebrations of Life, Workshops, and Retreats.

Our weekday rentals start at $2,500+ inclusive of our all in-house rentals and event management. No hidden administration fees, required vendors, food minimums, or service charges.
We provide discounted hourly rates nonprofit organizations, and last-minute bookings (60 days from event date).
