• Connection Calls: Clear communication is the cornerstone of our service. We understand each wedding uniquely expresses the beautiful love shared by our couples, so connection calls are designed to provide you with guidance, support, and recommendations for how you can best execute your vision in space. An initial connection call is scheduled once you have booked; from there, we are available to you by phone and email to guide and support you in any way you need!

• Planning Resources: We provide comprehensive planning documents and checklists to guide you through each step of the planning process. 

• Curated Vendor List: We’ve put together a trusted vendor list. You are not limited to just these vendors, but we have reasons why they made the list! 

• Custom Floor Plan: Our adaptable floor plans and variety of furniture options allow us to create a layout that perfectly suits your event’s flow and style.

• Timeline Creation: A detailed timeline is crucial for a smoothly run event.

• Final Detail Appointment: This meticulous process allows us to fine-tune arrangements, confirm timeline, make necessary floor plan adjustments, and ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day.

• Ceremony Rehearsal & Decor Drop-Off:  You will bring all personal decor that you would like us to set out for you. Ceremony rehearsal is for the wedding and planned out of respect for the day-of’s start time; the same courtesy will be given to you on your day. This ensures a seamless ceremony the following day, without intruding on another couple. If there is no event the day prior, we can combine the drop-off appointment and ceremony rehearsal.

• Vendor Arrival &  Setup: We'll greet your vendors, show them the best place to unload, and make sure they have everything they need for a successful wedding! 

• Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception Setup + Breakdown: Our team provides valuable assistance with setup and breakdown on the day of the event, including in-house furniture, signage, placement of personal decor, ceremony chairs, and any other necessary arrangements.

• Onsite Rehearsal & Wedding Party Guidance: Our expertise extends beyond logistics to include guidance in orchestrating the bridal party's entrance down the aisle and into the reception. We ensure that every moment is beautifully choreographed, creating lasting memories for you and your guests. You just have to show up ready and we’ll make sure you’re where you need to be! 

• Guest Experience: Our team ensures that facilities, including bathrooms, remain clean and well-maintained throughout your event.

• Updates: We offer quarterly updates about property enhancements planning resources, and inspiration ensuring you have all the latest information at your fingertips. 

Beyond 'Happily Ever After': Cherishing Memories Post-Wedding

• Blog Submissions: If you think you'd like to share the love after the wedding is over, we'll work with your photographer to submit your wedding photos to local and national blogs. Please note: while we can make our best effort, ultimately the decision to publish a wedding is entirely up to the publications and we cannot guarantee results.
